Australian-made training programmes

Programmes with a reason
behind every session.

Coach-designed strength, conditioning, mobility and nutrition blocks you run in your own gym, garage or park. Twelve weeks at a time. Month to month, no lock-in.

Why train with AusiGen Wellness

Written by a coach, not a template

Every block is designed by a qualified Australian coach and every session lists its intent — the why, not just the reps.

Progressive by design

Twelve-week blocks with waves, a scheduled deload and a retest week, so you finish with real numbers instead of a feeling.

Adapts to your week

Equipment swaps for home, garage and hotel gyms, plus guidance for the weeks you're tired, sore or short on time.

No lock-in, ever

Start a block when you're ready and stop when you're not — no minimum term, no exit fee, no retention script.

How it works

Three steps, then twelve weeks of training

01

Assessment

Email us your training history, the equipment you can reach and the days you can actually train. Strength and conditioning blocks then start with a measured test in week one.

02

Your programme

You get a twelve-week block with every session written out — sets, reps, loads, RPE and the intent behind each one. Video walkthroughs for the main lifts and a listed swap for missing gear.

03

Weekly coaching check-ins

Your coach reads your logs every fortnight and rewrites the next two weeks around what really happened. Messages answered within one business day.

Check with your GP before starting if you have an existing injury or health condition.

What twelve weeks actually looks like

Strength numbers usually move first, often within three or four weeks. Conditioning takes six to eight weeks before it's obvious. Twelve weeks is our block length because that's roughly how long a real change takes to show up in the data.

I'd been going to the gym three times a week for two years and lifting exactly the same weights the whole time. Twelve weeks on Foundation Strength and my squat's gone from 60 to 85. The difference wasn't working harder — it was finally having a reason for each session.

Dan, Marrickville NSW

I signed up for Engine Build fully expecting to hate it. The first three weeks felt so easy I messaged my coach to check I was doing it right. Week twelve I took ninety seconds off my 2km and walked up the hill home without stopping.

Everyday Fuel is the first eating plan I've finished. One change a fortnight sounds slow until you realise you're six changes deep and still doing all of them in March. Bec's shopping lists actually match what's in my local supermarket.
