Talk to a coach

Email us

No forms and no sign-up. Write to us directly, tell us what you've got and what you're after, and a coach will reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.

What to include

Three things and we can answer properly

You don't need to write much. These are the only details we'd otherwise have to email you back and ask for, so putting them in the first message saves a round trip.

Your training history

How long you've been training, what you've run before, and anything that went badly. Two or three sentences is plenty.

The equipment you can reach

A commercial gym, a garage with a barbell, a set of dumbbells, or nothing but floor space. All four are workable — we just need to know which.

The days you actually have

Not the days you wish you had. A programme built around three real sessions beats one built around five imaginary ones.

What happens next

Four steps, and none of them cost anything.

Read through the four blocks first if you’d rather come to us with a shortlist. Emailing exists for people who want a coach to say which block to run first, and why that one before the others.

01

You email us

One message to our support address. No account, no form, no newsletter sign-up attached to it.

02

A coach reads it

Not a bot and not a sales queue. One of our coaches reads every message and replies within one business day, Monday to Friday.

03

You get a recommendation

Which block we'd start you on and why that one before the others, plus anything we'd want to know before writing it.

04

Start when you're ready

There's no obligation attached to the reply, and we don't put you on a call list. If the answer is useful on its own, take it and go.

Before you write

The questions we get most.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. Foundation Strength needs a barbell or a decent set of dumbbells, which plenty of members have in a garage. Engine Build needs shoes. Range & Recovery needs floor space. Everyday Fuel needs a kitchen. Every session lists equipment swaps, so a hotel gym or a park won't derail your week.

What if I've never lifted before?

Then start with Foundation Strength anyway. Week one is deliberately light and exists to teach positions, not to test you. Every main lift has a video walkthrough and a scaled entry version, and you can send your coach a video of your own set and get notes back.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Every plan is month to month. You cancel from your account page and keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. No exit fee, no phone call, no retention script.

I've got a niggling injury. Can I still start?

Talk to your GP or physio first — we're a fitness programme, not a health service, and we won't work around an injury we haven't been cleared to work around. Once you've been cleared, tell your coach what you've been advised and they'll adjust the programme. Every block also lists movement swaps you can use yourself.

How quickly will I hear back?

Within one business day, Monday to Friday. If you write on a weekend you'll hear from us Monday. We reply from the same address you wrote to, so it lands in your normal inbox rather than a portal.

Ready without the call?

Start this week, not next quarter.

Have a read through the four blocks first if you’d rather come to us with a shortlist. Each one lists who it suits, what a week looks like and the equipment it assumes you have.
